Oh geez, sorry, I’m not diagnosed. Should’ve phrased my comment better. I meant in terms of people our age being diagnosed with adhd and judging them.
When I first started hearing about it I was like, whatever…you haven’t had it for like 40+ years and now you do? But hearing stories like yours helps in changing perspective.
Don't be sorry! I totally get it and am still getting to grips with what this means. I'm curious to see how I've been "masking". And agree, the older I get the more I realize how much of life is just change....

I failed the ADHD intake because I couldn’t answer the Qs about my childhood 😆 Just couldn’t remember a thing they ask about!
